Delivery and Returns
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours (in most cases) via our courier partners which include but are not limited to Delhivery/Xpressbees/BlueDart/FedEX.
Personalized Packs are tailored to your needs. It may take between 3-4 business days to dispatch your order with Personalized Pack.
Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays or any Holidays.
We do not accept returns for any product apart from Manufacturing Defect or Damage during transportation. If there is any defect please inform us by sending an email within 24 hours of receiving & accepting the product.
We believe in complete customer satisfaction and any product which you have received in a damaged condition due to transportation or manufacturing defect can be replaced there and then.Unfortunately, we do not process any refund request.

For your order cancellation you can contact us by email on email@example.com within 12 hours of order placed. Once the cancellation is approved, the refund for pre-paid orders will be processed within 2 days and the amount would reflect within 5-7 days through the same payment mode by which order was placed.
In case of Subscription Order, the cancellation request would be considered only for next month’s order onward. No cancellation request would be considered for the already processed Subscription Order.
